Our Programs
Pathways to Stability.
A coordinated outreach and navigation program for adults experiencing homelessness or housing instability in the Antelope Valley and surrounding Los Angeles County communities.
We serve adults experiencing unsheltered or sheltered homelessness, those at immediate risk of losing housing, and individuals facing barriers such as unemployment, lack of identification, limited transportation, justice-system involvement, or difficulty navigating public benefits.
All Service Areas
Seven Pathways. One Goal.
Every service area is part of a coordinated whole — designed to meet people where they are and walk with them all the way to stability.
